Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preschool Director to join our team. As the Preschool Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our preschool program. This is a leadership role that requires strong educational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:

- Lead strategic planning initiatives to continuously improve the quality of the preschool program
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise teaching staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for teaching staff and provide constructive feedback for professional growth
- Collaborate with parents and families to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain compliance with all licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and accreditation standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance educational opportunities for preschool students

Qualifications:
- All ECE units completed
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in childcare
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of educators
- Familiarity with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards
